Head Coach: SupaStar Race: Underworld Gobskrav Alliance Long ago, the Skaven of Clan Fester launched a massive assault on the empire city of Übersreik. Led by a great white seer, Clan Fester sought to establish a stronghold in the heart of the empire as well as define themselves as one of the great Skaven Clans. While the invasion was initially successful, the Übersreik resistance was able to hold on until a small band of highly trained warriors tracked down the location of the seer and assassinated him. With no leader guiding them, the clan quickly fell to infighting and the assault dissipated rapidly. With the resulting failure, Clan Fester was dissolved into roving bands of disgraced rats. Unworthy of recognition from the other clans one particular pair of siblings, Firrikeet and Lirrikeet Sharpblade decided to regain their titles another way, on the fields of Bloodbowl. Together with what few ratmen would follow them, the siblings made a pact with an unholy goblin swarm. Titling themselves the "Gobskrav Alliance" and powered with the reckless power of warpstone, the Alliance proceeded to the CIBBL with intent to destroy, and score against, all who would cross their path. Seasons Year Three, Spring: The Alliance places 2nd in the Deep Caverns and wins some notable awards. - Lirrikeet Sharpblade, Cavern Climber (Most Cas, Most SPP) - Robble, Cavern Climber (Most Fouls) - Lirrikeet Sharpblade, Triple X (3 Cas in one game) Players Skritt Swiftpaw, foremost ball carrier of the Gobskrav Alliance, takes the lead as the first skilled player taking block. Following his success he grows some more arms to assist his ball handling. Turm has surpassed his fellow Goblins and skilled up with an extra set of heads. Lirrikeet Sharpblade becomes the first skilled blocker, voted MVP in game four, starting the route to becoming a killing machine by taking Mighty Blow. Claw is closely followed. Firrikeet Sharpblade, more tactful of the siblings, improves his strength and becomes a potent guarder. Waziret Stunge intercepts a ball in his 5th game and promptly grows some tentacles to hold onto slippery goblins.
