A middling team from The Moot, Bumps in the Knight have non the less attracted a dedicated fanbase that of 'die hards' who look forward to their team's inevitable collapse. Having recently been founded into the NWBL, Bumps have made a name for themselves in frequently failing at the end of games while keeping the game maddingly close, as can be seen in their close TD differential. Although technically an 'undead' team, the players of Bumps often return to the grave from whence they came, many times not able or unwilling to resurrect in order to join the game. This can be seen in their abysmal cas differential as well as the relative youth of the majority of the team. Notably, some of the most resilient players on the team are the zombies, who while often are reviled blood bowl players, are often seen as the crowd favorites with a disproportionate amount of MVPs across them. Valentina Ceer is the only player who has stayed with Bumps since it's inception and is undoubtedly the team Capitan. A capital wraith, Valentina has picked up the ability to effectively guard and tackle her opponents, wracking up 7 casualties over the 20 games she has played in. |
