In Nuffle we trust, for HE is the one and only God of Dice!

Ordination

At some point, every acolyte has to find his true way as chosen by Nuffle. His first skill that is neither blessing nor prayer will be determined randomly on IRC (if it's a double, it will not result in a normal skill). He has to embrace this skill and has to build on it (and any blessings he already has).
Starting with the third level up, the first roll that does not result in a blessing has to be taken as the ordination (ie. a player cannot learn prayers instead).


Prayers

A devoted acolyte or paladin takes his faith to the Blood Bowl pitch, improving his performance if Nuffle is willing. A player can pray for...

Strength (Dauntless)
Protection (Foul Appearance)
Guidance (Pro)
Accuracy (Hail Mary Pass)

A player with Pro may not use team Re-Rolls unless he has already used Pro in the same turn.


Blessings

Stat increases are considered as Nuffle's true gifts and may not be turned down under any circumstances. Whether a player gets +MA or +AV is either determined by his path chosen after his ordination or randomly. A blessing can never replace the ordination - it is mandatory at some point during a players career (unless all improvement rolls ended up with stat increases...).
