Back in the mists of time, in a place where Chaos was strong and magic seeped from the very ground, two brothers fought.

Ghworgis, God of Kill and Ghnombes, God of Eat made battle and their struggle shook the land.

After 11 days both had exhausted themselves and lay dying from many mortal wounds and their blood flowed and mingled into a great lake.

Their sister, Huldra Goddess of Healing found them dead and with them far past her powers to help she burned their bodies before returning to her forests. Her tears flowed in a great river and mingled with the blood and ashes of her brothers. After some days and under the light of a gibbous moon, a misshapen form crawled out of the mire and staggered off into the wilderness.

This was Baubas-Gorg, the First Troll

Trolls are too simple to have any religion yet they still venerate this spot and for centuries have occasionally made pilgrimage to the rough pile of stones that serves them as a shrine.

In recent times the loose grouping of Trolls that visit this place have put forward a team to face the best the rest of the world has to offer. To the pitch they bring the unremitting fury and ravening hunger of their fathers as well as the unquenchable vitality of their mother.
