<center><b>RULEZ!</b></center>
1. All players must have access to irc.

2. The league will have 12 players minimum.

3. The league will be in a scheduled round robin format.

4. The league will have 7 day per round deadlines.

5. The league will be split into 2 groups.

6. A knockout cup will be played after the league finishes.

7. The cup will consist of the top 3 players in each group
plus the runner up with the highest Cas difference and the
runner up with the highest TD difference.

8. The winner of the Cup will be crowned overall winner of
Random STD and as a prize will get the KO Cup named after
themselves (or a name of their chosing).

9. All skills and traits are to be decided by dice rolls.

10. Only players with niggles or negative modifiers are
allowed to be retired.

11. All dice rolls are to be made in the #WhiteIsle irc
channel.

12. All dice rolls are to be witnessed by another member
of Random STD.

13. Text from the irc channels must be copied and pasted
into the relevant player's bio along with a comment from
the Random STD witness.

14. Races will be chosen from lrb4 teams only with the
exception of Amazons, Chaos Dwarfs, Dwarfs and Norse who
will be banned from the league.

15. Only 2 of each race will be allowed to enter Random STD.

16. Wizards, Star Players and Freebooters are not allowed
due to the loss of SPP from kills etc (an exception is made
for the Halfling Cook, who does a mean curry, so is allowed).

<b>17. Choice of stat upgrades (+st, +mv etc.) will be decided
as follows: Roll a D6 (using the BB D6 command) 1-3 = take the
stat upgrade, 4-6 roll for a skill/trait.</b>

18. If the random skill or trait has already been taken, then
the dice must be rolled again.

19. All doubles are to be rolled using the Doubles Table

20. All races with Physical Access (chaos, nurgle, skaven and
minotaurs) have to roll doubles as follows using the Special
Doubles Table.

21. All standard Big Guy skills are to be rolled using the
Big Guys Table.

22. Standard skill rolls for each race are outlined below
using the stated table:
