Our preferred opponents are Ogre teams! In the first game, we were reduced to 3 players on the field! Your challenge is to beat that!

Furthermore, if you complete a full field clearance of my players at any point in the game, and do not manage to leave a permanent injury (SI niggle or stat drop, or death) somehow, at the end of the game you can nominate any one of my team to be retired! I'll do it! After all, it's no mean feat to clear the field, but to do it and not score a perm injury means Crom has been cheated by Nuffle, and that won't do!

In general we will avoid AV9 teams (Orcs, Dwarves, Chaos Dwarves etc). I've had Norse before and they dissolve vs Av9 teams and retire soon after. If you want to use your AV9 team I suggest you find another one and have great fun trying to break each others cages. *yawn* This team is a fluff/who gives a toss team and I *expect* them to die, I really do. It's the only thing Norse do well. But it needs to be fun whilst doing it, and there are more interesting things to do than playing av7 vs Dwarves and the like. Watch paint dry, grass grow, and so on...

Rant over... now, the Disciples seek the answer to the riddle of steel, and by Crom! they'll find it, or go SPLOOSH trying!

(The lads nights out also involved trying to drown themselves in their own porridge. Well, I think it's porridge anyway :S)

I will probably regret this, but as a fluff side this team will NEVER take any big guys on board. Their sworn enemies are Ogres, Trolls and the like, and hiring them kind of defeats the object. So there. Probably, like I say, regret that in games to come :(
