Earlier in his career this gravelly voiced athlete worked largely as a rudo. His attitude towards his valet Izabel in particular making him deeply unpopular with crowds. This started to change when he began to dub himself Machista Rey, wearing a crown and dressing with a little more flair. The ever increasing divisions with the fans and a long awaited happy ending for his turbulent relationship with Izabel confirmed the crowds adoration and he's now a firmly popular tecnico and the clothing and attitude is getting flashier by the day.

Nothing is particularly subtle when it comes to this mountain of a man. Standing taller than even the largest ogres (according to the peasants who've seen him at least). Hugo comes from the far reaches of Bretonnia and menacingly glares down from his height, pausing in an inexorable assault of opponents only to let loose a hearty laugh from his barrel of a chest. Speaking of barrels, Hugo is known as a renowned drinker. Stories of him arriving in a tavern and drinking the place drive and not even deriving the slightest bit of a buzz. There are tales that once he did manage to acquire the alcohol required for a stronger effect. The impact of the giant hitting the deck being mistaken for a small earthquake in several small towns deep in the Estalian countryside.

After years of smaller gimmicks this behemoth finally found a working gimmick as one part of the tag team Desastres Naturales. Spending some time playing the unique style of play used by the four nations of Albion he is perhaps more qualified for the game than some of his team mates but missing a bit of pace and agility of his rivals was never enough to make it to the top. Once he starts to run though there's little stopping the big man. Hitting him is like meeting an immovable object, getting hit by him is meeting the irresistible force.

Like his Desastres Naturales partner he'd worked several failed gimmicks before finally clicking. A bit of a tag team specialist, tragically his solo effort will be remembered best for the time when wearing a mask to make his entrance he lost his footing, fell through an advertising banner, lost his mask revealing a rather embarrassed face before falling over twice while trying to regain his feet. Tifón hoped that this mishap would be forgotten by his tag team legacy. It hasn't.

A legacy figure in the lucha scene, there have actually been seven "masked tigers" with the famous mask being passed down through generations of talents. A technical style ever popular even as far afield as Nippon, he first came to Estalia where they tried to get him to work as a rudo. This experiment sadly did not go down too well, the somewhat cute mask gaining loads of supporters, the experiment failed he's steadily risen up the ranks... As have the ranks of beastmen that follow him, for this reason he's very cautious with relation to his mask falling off to avoid any potential "difficulties"

Well, it's complicated, we might as well take it from the man himself in a transcript of a therapy session.

In Luchador tradition, in order to ensure that the athletes are humble and respectful at all times there is a difficult period of time when they must be a "young lion". They are expected to lose, near forbidden to show any form of personality and wear simple plain (usually black) clothing when performing. As they're to lose, apart from in toilet break matches against each other they're to avoid doing anything flashy at at any and all costs and spend most of their time on their backs. Naturally, when this is adapted to "Tirame la Pelota!" this poor man is expected to get hit and take it. Maybe one day he'll earn enough respect to do something other than this role. It is unlikely to last that long.

After years of mild popularity, including as part of the tag team "The Bilbali Blondes" and being bought in as Multimillonario Eduardo Torno's personal champion it looked like Esteban Magritta was on his way out of the business. Especially after suffering a series of injuries but one day it just clicked. He surprisingly beat El Serpento to be named Rey del Anillo and went on a tirade against his opponent and the crowd. Paraphrasing the teachings of Tylos and finishing with "¡Te pateé el trasero!" a star was born.

"The Ravishing One" is not somebody who takes his appearance lightly. With his trademark pelvic thrust and his finely sculpted body. Ricardo Brusco is sure to have female members of the crowd swooning with pleasure, while getting substantial heat from their long suffering partners. Less interested in playing Blood Bowl than looking good, he is sure to make many, many people angry with his rudo antics.

What can truly be said about "The Boy of Nature"? He's a high flyin', stylin', profilin', kiss stealin', wheelin' dealin' son of a crossbow! Manipulative and cunning if he can avoid it Instinto will try and find a suitable lackey to any pain heading his way but when he needs to the calculating and smart way he goes to work on his opponents brings him a lot of success. His philosophy of "let them do the work and I take the glory" is one that got him this far, he hopes to take it even further.

Blonde hair and blue eyes make Kassandra a natural hero to her fans. Taking on opponents with flair and style she rapidly became Lucha Estalias femme fatale. Taking a bit of getting used to more intergender competition has proved to be a struggle for her but with a "never give up" attitude and a winning smile it hasn't hurt her popularity with the fans at all.

One of the first imports to grace the Lucha Estalia scene, this young lady from Nippon was formally an idol, winning over crowds with a big smile and smooth dance moves. When she was present at an "Idol Lumberjill" match however she was hooked and instantly started training to be a luchadora. It was a move that upset her record label and she was promptly fired, only finding out when seeing a poster of her group with her noticably missing. With that pain behind her she through herself into wrestling full time.

Despite few major victories she has gained a substantial following and continuing to strive to maintain her (self proclaimed) status as "the cutest in the world". The fact that she has mastered many Estalian terms (rarely complimentary) has only continued to endear her to the Estalian crowds. Although her opinions on Ms Bravos' anatomy are not allowed to be repeated in public.

Hailing from a small orphanage from somewhere in Estalia (apparently) and throwing out gratuitous Estalian at every opportunity, regardless of whether it makes sense or not, this young orphan has been making his name competing at small scale shows before finally given the chance to shine on the big stage. Exactly where the young athlete beneath the mask comes from is a bit of a mystery but the fans love his desperate attempts to entertain them regardless. That he donates every penny he earned to his little village orphanage may go some way towards endearing him to the fans, even if they rarely understand a word he is saying.
