Summoned by the first Sister and a decent bloodsacrifice, Matriarch Glorana extends part of herself onto this realm with a homunkulus made of the remains of the first sacrificed bodies.
With about three meters in height, she towers over her minions without losing any of her supernatural grace. Her formfitting exoskeleton is partly shrouded in shadows, of which she often forms additional arms or tentacles to interact with the physical realm.

Acolyte Lyra was struck by a mortal wound on the pitch against some nasty hobgoblins. As she lay bleeding, eyes growing darker by the second, the Matriarch suspended her remaining life energy until she was brought to the sacrificial altar.
To everyones surprise, the body was not bled dry and thrown away, but transformed into a new Sister. Remade as Sister Lyreene, she now prowls the pitch to gorge herself on the blood of hobgoblins and their pathetic allies.

Verbena joined the sisterhood shortly after a particular bloody match against a team of darkelves, specialised in witchcraft. The potent blood of the witches held enough power for the matriarch to summon another one of her minions directly into the body of a happless mortal.
Transformed and eager to explore the mortal plain (and the painful delights it has to offer), Verbena sometimes appears to be a bit clueless about everyday mortal affairs. For now, she has resigned herself to watching and learning, acting as a guard for the matriarch in the meantime.

There was once an acolyte named Hannah. She was a small, grey mouse of a girl, always being overlooked. After joining the sisterhood she wanted to show how useful and worthy she could be.
When her body started to change, she was overjoined, thinking the "touch" would help her becoming... more. It did not. She was mortally wounded soon after, on the pitch by some very rabid rat people.
Still, the matriarch, in her infinite wisdom, gave her a second chance, turning her into one of the lesser demons of her bloodline.
Hannah is dead. And everyone who meets sister Kalistra on the pitch shall die, too.
