Lost his Blocking partner, Poundtonio Anderson at the end of season 2. These two were the only skilled Black Orcs on the team at the time of Anderson's retirement. Currently Ripper is the only skilled BoB on the squad but he's hoping to whip some of the new crew (and maybe an old hand) into shape. A few look promising, even if they are as graceful as pregnant yaks.
