Two balls on pitch after reloading

Description

When you synchronise the game with your opponent (after reloading), you will sometimes end up with two balls on the pitch. This is one of the most frustrating bugs if you don't know how to fix it, as it can result in one of the balls (the one in the ball carrier's hands) disappearing when he is knocked over, or tries to score a touchdown.

Solution

The most reliable resolution I have seen to this bug is as follows:

1. Reload with the .inc file
2. Sync (the inactive coach should sync)
3. Continue playing until the end of the turn
   IMPORTANT: Between syncing and reloading the dat file you must not move the ball carrier!
4. Reload again with the .dat file after the turn ends, and the save file is created.
5. Problem solved!
