 - 2 points for a win, 1 point for tie (forfeited games are
   considered ties in this respect, as well as games decided
   by dice roll due to being tied after OT)

 - 1 bonus point for reaching quarterfinals, semifinals
   and final

 - 2 bonus points for reaching the Altdorf KO (cumulative
   with the bonus point for reaching quarterfinals)

 - Add the points of each race for all 3 Majors and divide by the
   number of participating teams of that race.

 - The score is used to determine the FBBF racial rankings, which
   in return determine the TR-limits for the upcoming season's
   Opens
