Created an orc team. I expect Orcs to be very tough of course but to make sure things are not serious I made sure NOT to take any re-rolls nor a thrower.
Will join when approved. Xpect Nuffink. |

LOL.
I had my team created with FF1 and no RR to make sure that all is resembling fair despite the fact I field Orcs.
PS; no throwers either. |

only one team in the league so far soplenty of room for a big fat ogre team.
I never played ogre before but this looks like the ideal place to start. ball handling matters not if the way to win is just survive.
Win or Die Trying are on their way through the approval system and should be signing up shortly |

Nice to see a good mix of races in the competition so far.
Should be good fun seeing who can last the distance... |

Just wondering if perhaps there should be a bit more structure when it comes to this actually starting. At the moment, if open, someone could end up either wiping themselves out, or skilling themselves up so much no-one else has a chance simply by playing a lot of games very quickly... |

Just signed up, the flip side to that super skilled up team is that no one will play them. I think maybe making it so you play each other team once, whatever thats called. |

Also, just some confirmation on the rules...
As soon as you are unable to set up any players at _any_ kick off you must concede and retire the team.
This means that if you've had everyone sent off for fouling or secret weapons etc, you are out of the competition? |

Wonder how long a Wood Elf team would last...
I might try it out... |

sweltering heat could do it too, only real way to make this thing end at all I think.
up to 10 teams now!
if it was down to no players alive, that would take way way more time.
there prolly should be a rule that you must accept any challenge if your free to play, but i dont like having to play each team once, too limited.
Post any suggestions you guys have. |

any idea when we are going to start? and some clarification on the queries about uber teams would be good. i guess if someone is going to try and play lots of games early on they are more at risk of loosing players too |

Wanted to try and get a couple more teams before we started but another 2 weeks more and we'll start.
Yep and any team that plays more games is more at risk but also stonger for taking that risk, I think its a great format. |

Even though I am not a member of the tournament (yet), I would suggest fixed round robins until you drop out/die. From there onwards, your team would give byes and after the first tournament is finished, the survivers would be immediately paired for another fixed round robin and so on. |
