Its a Q of language and culture X, to know that Tanith is a goddess is something you really should know. I realise some people think Thor is (only) a marvel comic character for example, but people should know better.
It is also sloppy language to call using one picture on the net, criminal or illegal. As for tort, I used a simplification based on Mouses presumed background; I doubt he would have understood me if I talked Civilrätt, and yes this site is covered by Swedish law so the correct terminology would be civilrätt & immatrialrätt. Heck, if I had not studied Common law as well, I would have had no clue about "torts". |

Hmm. But you have no evidence whether or not I or anyone else knew about Tanith as a goddess. It's entirely possible, and indeed likely, that no-one else mentioned that previously as it is entirely irrelevant to the topic being discussed.
And this is not a formal setting. While I appreciate the importance of correct choice of terminology, it was clear from the context that in this case, when HM said 'illegal', he meant against site rules. |

Actually, I mentioned Tanith since its something you guys should know. Allmänbildning is the word we use in Sweden. |

Ok, no more of this. The finer points of the law are irrelevant, we are extra careful about not using GW artwork, and they leave us be. Back to logos. |

Synn made a donation for his logo, and DrDeath has pledged to do the same. Also, blocknroll made a donation for a logo I helped out on for his Albion Coast TT league, so all is good. People will give what they can, when they can.
I don't expect anything a donation in return, but if it is a good excuse for people to get around to donating, then all the better. |
