I am on vacation and trying to play blood bowl on my son's laptop. When I try to click on a game to view it says "your security settings will not allow you to download this program".

Anybody know what I need to do?

probably the hotels firewall blocking you.

Im not sure what type of hotel you are staying at, but if it is not a big chain then you could ask them to add https://fumbbl.com to their firewall exception list.
