So, if you haven't noticed already, I've compiled a list of old star players.
Forgotten Star Players
If you're new to BB, you might not now that the long list of current available star players is just a drop in the ocean of stars that used to play Blood Bowl. Why? well, back then stars we're rostered, not just induced for the game, but hired like any other player. And one star couldn't play for different teams at the same time, thus the number of stars was high.
Although they're not quite finished... their pricing needs adjustment to inducement levels. I've started doing this, but it's kind of arbitrary (still calculated though), but if I feel that a player is too good for a price, I'd add more to it (*cough* Rhamaket *cough*).
Also, some skills they have is not just possible to implement in the client (shower attack anyone?), so I've had to adjust them a little. Everything in italic is changed from the original.
I've tried to keep them as intact as possible though (just added 'loner' to most).
Races Eligible needs to be looked at also, since there are more teams now than back then. I've tried to adjust this, but I'm not sure about most.
Some notes on sources:
Stars Basher to Gumbo Ranchstock are from BB magazines and compendiums.
The rest, from Skreet and down, are from second hand sources. So they need to be confirmed.
The 1st and 2nd edition stars have been converted by Tom Anders and Guus Schijns, except Grograt Crunchskull, I haven't found a good translation of him yet.
I'm not sure what to do with them. Perhaps I'll start a league with them once the customization of league is finished, but for now, they're just avalable for TT and standalone clients if you wish.
Oh, and please give me feedback on any adjustments please!
I'm not very good with their backgrounds, I just think they look good on paper.
Thanks a million to cowhead for all the icons you make (without me even asking! )
Also thanks to harvestmouse and whatball for a few of them. |

Looking great.
I think a few of them need 2 versions mind. Like djorak sureclaw should have a 2nd ed version as well. When he is 7338 catch claw etc... And greaser geargrinder has had 3 different versions, one was st5 blocker type another was a runner type . So still some work to do but it's great nonetheless. |

Would love to see the Dwarven Cannon get Bomabdier, HMP & Throw Team Mate.
Also, didn't Thrudd go to a random dugout at the end of a drive? |

Not random I think, iirc he switched teams at half time. Though the fluff was he is so dumb he would forget which team he was playing for. |

Owner rolls at every kickoff, 1-3 Thrudd goes to the other team. |

Thrud would switch teams each turn on a roll of 1-3. We used him a few times but he was nothing but a pain in the butt. |

I think there were different rules in different editions. Although I could have been playing them wrong |
