I have been playing my New Baby Dollz for a while now and after many many games I have gotten a legendary great thrower. The problem is that she is slowly killing my team, forcing me to play way down in TR all the time. My question is: Am I going to keep her on the team and see if he can get some new records, or should I fire her, especially now since I have another fairly good thrower...

I agree with sk8bcn here... most players here drool at the thought of getting a player into the top 10. You do, so keeping her is part of the fun...

the question you should be asking yourself is, do you love the player more than the team, or the team more then the player...

242 spps, and just -MA is noteworthy though, not even a niggling! impressive!

55 tr vs 25 tstr is the important factor
shes essentially costing you about 30 tr a game if you do a strait comparison
if the top tens are worth that much to you then go for it, remembering that this ratio will get worse and worse as she gains more spps and potential injuries without gaining new skills

Keep her until she picks up another injury. She is a valuable asset to your team and your girls can take the inflated TR for a little while. But once she gets injured, bag her.

Don't retire her use her to do crazy stuff,and take away her apothecary priveledges if she gets any more injuries dump her.

I'd say keep her for now, but remember to set yourself a goal for which she is aiming, and retire her when you get there.

You can't keep a player like this indefinitely, so at some point she has to go.

the simple answer is yes she is unbalancing your team. But she is not destroing your team... If you play only to win the she has to go, your team would the drop into a tr/ts where amazones are strong. But If you play to make her set records it should still be posible to win a few matches in the process.

Keep her and have fun, try to break human records with her...At least has more chances of survival than most of human throwers (dodge and all)
