Halfling updates

As of now, Halfling teams are able to hire the new positionals from Spike issue 5: Catchers and hefties.

As soon as we have art assets for the new star players, we'll add them as well (Big Jobo is already available).

With this update, I'm certain halfling teams are the new meta and will be dominating both Ranked and Blackbox in no time!
