Jeg hele dagen foule ville
men kunne ej bloodbowl spille
skuffet igen over ingen blod
ville jeg skaden gøre bod
fandt mig en noob, en god en af slagsen
omringede hans star, ja han sad i saksen
blodet piblede og jublen var stor
apo fail oveni og dagen var gjort!

Foul all day i would
but couldn't play the Bloodbowl i should
disappointed again by the lack of blood
i decided to make the next one count
found a noob, a good one at that
surrounded his star, got ready for the splat
the joy was mine when the blood was spilled
apo failed, my day fulfilled

This prob captures the essence a bit better :)

My Danish is a little shaky... but those tranlations just don't do justice to the rhyme scheme or the rhythmic pattern.

But what can you do. The transaltions lose the artistry of the piece but they both do a good job translating the words. With them I would have had to guess at the meaning of piblede, saksen, and slagsen. But the rest was relativey in my level of comprehension.

NICE BLOG. It was like a puzzle to me reading Danish again. I haven't had to do that for almost 18 years now.
