You could live in Tennessee where our infrastructure rates in the top 5 but our Education rates in the bottom 5 of all 50 states. Our dumb hill billies love their roads here.

It's all about priorities really.

a few years back british rail (when it was still british rail) order a consignment of new trains from a french company. the french actualy had to deliberately damage their train tracks so they could test the trains to ensure they were fit for us in england.....

I always thought that was an urban myth. The french probably had a strike about it, and decided not to after all.
