145 hit finally!
Been here over a year, and have just hit for the first time ever the 145 mark. Now just to get even better I suppose. Though with squishy skaven teams that might be a struggle

Yeah skilled gutter runners make the team for sure. The only issue I am having is making sure that the rest of the team can adequately support them

the ONLY thing the rest of the team needs to do is take hits. You should probably also have one clawpomb blitzer for when your gutters can't get at the ball. My skaven never use a rat ogre, and they haven't found a need for the second blitzer (yes many people will argue with this but oh well).

Skilling your linerats should be: One with Kick. Anything else is just a waste, as they're going to die soon anyway.

Put ALL your SPPs into your 1 blitzer, and your 4 gutters.

Yes the rest of the team does just need to take the hits, but I like to know that if the Gutter Runner holding the ball goes down, that not all is lost. Hence I have had several cases where I have deliberately given the ball to a lineman to make sure he skills and gets block or some other such skill that means they are useful also. If you have a formula one car in the team then great, but without the pit crew you wont be going far surely

Wouldn't go as far as skilling my linerats with TDs but when they skill I keep them around, have 1 with kick and give the rest wrestle or dirty player, one even played all 20 games the team has had and has done 5 casualties with his wrestle+frenzy. ;P

linerats are ok for getting wrestle, dp, and one with frenzy is really nice. on doubles horns or two heads can help a lot. just see that you dont get more than one or two linerats with more than 1 skill. (but as said, linerats are quite self-regulating)
