Today I reached the following numbers of games exactly in each of the following divisions:
Ranked: 100 games
Stunty: 100 games
BlackBox: 200 games

I went a bit anal retentive at the end just playing box games but I like the symmetry of these numbers :)

In my BB career I've also logged 2 league games and 2 tabletop games as well but the vast majority of my games since I first saw a bloodbowl board almost exactly 18 months ago have been on FUMBBL, which I managed to find and become addicted to just days after playing that one TT game. I thought I would share some probably not very insightful thoughts on my 18 months playing BB, more for future me I suppose:

- I am too indecisive to play Ranked that much. I feel guilty for cherry picking and always think I am being picked! I much prefer the chat there though, so I go there if I have more like 90min+ for a game. Most of my early games learning BB were there so my stats aren't great.

- Stunty is too fun and probably my favourite division. In "normal" BB I find one stupid mistake (which I average at least 1-2 a game) often can ruin a drive and possibly the whole match but in stunty you can play in general much more loose, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable for me. Not so much picking as there normally isn't enough games to be as choosy, which means it is normal ok for me to find a game at the right time and if gamefinder is empty I can always try the box. I also love all the cas noises so stunty satisfies my need for aural pleasure!

- Blackbox. A close 2nd to stunty and probably the best for me as I don't really have time to sit and wait for games as I rarely have more than an hour and a bit to play in one window. In my 200 games I reckon I have only played two proper minmax spoilsport teams of n00b hunters and there also aren't that many ClawPomb spam teams out there and not really below 1600 so it really isn't that scary. It can be, however, a fairly brutal place but fun, and I can mostly get a bit of friendly banter going with most coaches.

- Tournaments. I've entered a few ranked/box tournies and mostly lost in the 3rd round (bye, win, loss). Stunty tournaments have been great as really any TV is at least competitive. My favourite stunty team One Die Rection missed out on cas difference in the FCC (beating the eventual winners Lost Paladins, who went through the group ahead of us, and lost in the quarter finals of the Stunty Cup to the eventual winners Giftpilzi. Both runs were great fun and I'd recommend stunty comps to anyone, just be prepared for carnage!

In general I feel like I have so much more to learn and I really need to play some proper elfball but I just enjoy the blood too much!! I also want to join a league and to experience that side of team building (short term vs long term, skill choices to suit the league etc) so any suggestions for new team leagues very welcome. I am also waiting for my first legend but with some very promising superstars I hope to have one soon...

Here's to the next 400 games and let's see if I can achieve any of the above by game 800!
