“Playing a friendly game vs a regular friend/opponent, my goal this game was to skill up my two rookie linerats and avoid having my claw/rsc age like the last three stars of the team have. This suited the elves just fine, as they for some reason were nervous every time he flexed his fingers in their general direction...

Game commences, elves score first, easily, over and outmanned skaven squad. (Stupid niggle aged after last game on my star gutter...) The rats score easily enough in return, and the game is on! Elves score (comedy sequence where a linerat intercepts the ball, and the gutter fumbles a quick pass for the score, allowing the elves to score anyway), but then the rats don't pay enough attention to tz's of elves, and are forced to waste a rr which otherwise would've gone to the handoff...ball on ground, elves recover, score 3-1 as half is closing. Chance for our OTS to shine...but he fails his final dodge across the endzoe, no score.

Second half the joke continues to be on us, as we drop a touchdown pass, returned for yet another elven score, 4-1 them. Manage to make it 4-2 next turn, then elves extend the lead to 5-2, nothing we can do to slow them down so short-manned and handcuffing our best player as well. Finally, the elves screw something up in the very end of the game, failing a dodge, leaving our linerat to bring the score back to a respectable 5-3 game. But our claw/rsc rat Wakizashi has had enough; he waves to our ballrat to hold up, he has something to say to....*chooses target*...HIM. BOOM, RIP, apo fail. NOW you can score...

Saved fans at the expense of a decent line-elf. Sry, Uber, look forward to the next installment of the Alliance vs Masters rivalry...and what a rivalry it's been! Large crowds, high scores, great plays and great stupidity, all in a sense of fun. A blast even in defeat...”
