| The boys from the Mid Brae Inn decided that it would be a good laugh to get a blood bowl team together as a good excuse to get drunk more often. Being a fan is a danger in it's self and they had been at many games. They decided, "Hey what’s the big problem, we just kick ass at score touch downs. How hard can that be?" They soon realised that it was a lot harder and tougher than they first imagined. They joined up to the D&D league, the perfect league to get drunk before, after and during games. One night after another great loss and many bruises and broken bones, McEwan and Tennents decided enough was enough and they would have to give up playing and go back to being spectators. All of a sudden the Mid Brae Inn doors swung open to reveal two hardened and scared men. This was none other than Eric Manson and Kenny Robertson. These were players from the local team Delting. McEwan rushed to the bar to get the two local heroes a drink. They joined them and the four Blood Bowl players sat down and talked about the beloved game. It transpired that Eric Manson was injured and would not be playing the next delting game but was more than willing to sign up for the 12 Red Tins next game, due to him being fit by then. This was decided to be a great idea and the four men drank through the night telling stories of a sexual nature, until being thrown out of the pub due to singing hate songs aimed at the Goblin race. |
