Hailing from the old Albion town of Beckenham the Beauties are one of 3 Blood bowl teams based in the city. They share the town's Schlossheimer Stadium (subtly renamed when the Beauties are hosting) with neighbours the Brawlers. The other Beckenham team being the Beasties a Chaos Halfling team who although based in the town aren't actually around much. The girls have a loyal (but small)following due partly to their undoubted talent, but also to a slick marketing strategy created by manager and svengali Tim Brown. The Beauties were originally founded by the barmaids at local tavern " The Flirty Beaver" Having worked in what was at the time the rowdiest tavern in the rowdiest part of Beckenham,which in its turn is one of Albion's roughest towns, the girls found they had developed the talents required to excel at BloodBowl.Dodging away from pawing grasping rowdies and if all else fails thumping them, coupled with an ethos of looking out for each others backs had been honed over the course of many a drunken night. These skills produced a tightly knit team who soon excelled in the amateur leagues. attracting the attention of local BB supremo and up and coming coach Tim Brown.
