This is a 'Proof of concept team'
It will never have more than 11 players, or more than 2 postionals of any form
I will use this to help introduce new players to the game, therefore a TS of ~100 is optimal

Management decisions:
They will never have more than 2 players with any skill (including starting skills)
There will never be a player with block and dodge on this team (if you see one in our past players, they will have been retired as they skilled)
The troopers will never touch the ball without Authorisation (a jedi standing next to it as they pick it up/ pass it)
