"The end of evolution"
A mighty destroyer on the field, Prometheus served as PSA's fondly remembered 'tactical can opener'. Whilst not as practically prolific at hurting opposition as some may think (39 casualties in 48 games), Prometheus injected the aura of fear into opponents and threatened with his ability to surgically strike when required. He remains the fist Piling On player and one of only two ever to play for PSA, but still enjoyed the finer points of Blood Bowl with 1 completion and 3 TDs for a total of 118SPP in 48 games. Continually headhunted by the opposition for the entirety of his career, Prometheus finally succumbed to a crippling arm injury to retire just short of his 50 game milestone.
"It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye."
A real stalwart of PSA, Karate Chop, like Prometheus, was a surgical striker of a blitzer. However, where contemporaries instilled fear of pain and hunted heads, Karate Chop instilled the sense of the unknown. A surprise package who was adept at chasing and dragging down anything from hulking golems to freak elves with his blend of abilities, Karate Chop further added a new level of intensity and frenzy to his game. This new madness may have ultimately consumed him however, as Karate Chop went out on his shield on the pitch, never to grace the field again. 68games and 85SPP for PSA.
"The secret of destruction is simple: everything crumbles!"
The fortress. Citadel started off his career as a bit of a ball player, scoring 4 TDs and even nabbing an interception early on. However, as time progressed, Citadel developed into a roadblock capable and willing to go toe-to-toe with any foe and break them. The most agile of elves could not sidestep around his iron grip, and even the mightiest player of modern times in Morg 'n' Thorg was broken and cast aside by Citadel's indomitable will.
Even the most unconquerable force in the form of death could not defeat Citadel. After permanently burying Frankie Hollywood, golem of the Skye Horrors, the Horrors struck back the next game and seemingly put a permanent end to Citadel. However, against all odds, Citadel continued to strive forward and play through his grievous wounds but alas, he was again struck a fatal blow for a second time that game. Death had seemingly finally claimed its man... or had it? A bloody mess stirred to its feet, and a furious roar filled the stadium. "MORE!" Citadel was back, re-animated by the Horrors, and went on to even cause a casualty against his former team. He may no longer be with PSA and his body broken beyond repair, but Citadel's will lives on. Not even death can claim him. 74 games and 118SPP for PSA.
