They start with the following constitutional promises, which can be added to but not subtracted from!

1) Every effort will be made to keep all 3 big guys on the roster at all times.
2) The roster will also contain the D'Elf, Gobbo and Rat wherever possible.

Thus:
The team can only start with 2 RR.
Long term TV will soar and negatraits will kick back hard.
Animosity will likely reign in the ranks.
