The origins of Sutton Storm are relatively unknown. During the great Sutton Hurricane of 2011 many families sought refuge in the local hockey stadium known as 'The Eye'. As the power eventually went out which was inevitable considering the hurricane raged on for three long years, the ice melted leaving the bare patch of land in the middle of the stadium which would eventually become the 'Storms' home field. Eventually the hurricane subsided and one by one, the families left 'The Eye' to return to what was left of their homes to rebuild their shattered lives. A few stragglers stayed behind knowing that returning to the outside world bore little fruit. It is unknown how these stragglers were able to form one of the most formidable Blood Bowl teams in the nation, Much less how they even found a ball in the stadium. However this happened they have become a force to be reckoned with and this season, enter the 145 open league looking for victory!
