 - TR+5: these races have a slight advantage (due to fan-support,
         environment, climate,time-zone etc.) and may exceed the
         TR-limit by up to 5 TR

 - TR-5: these races have a slight disadvantage and their
         TR-limit lowered by 5 TR

 - Enables cool tournament designations!

 Instead of a somewhat ominous "Minor LW II-2" profiles would show

 "FUMBBL Blackbox Minors: Athel Loren Open 2010 (LW Group 2)"

 as won tournament, for instance.

 - Extra spice and fluff due to small advantages for certain
   races, allows for each Minor to have an individual flair.
