I don't get it.

I mean it's not as if you aren't playing against the same group of coaches.
Is the game so much different then what was being played last month?
Or are you just using this as a last excuse to leave fumbbl, which you've already started to lose interest in anyway? |

It may be me just jumping at an opening to get out once and for all. True true.
But I really don t feel like playing Undead in this kind of environment. Playing against Undead with a full roster, four DP zombs, and tons of easily attainable extra cash for the Count is probably the least enjoyable way I can think of to spend an hour of my life (ever play in a SMACK?). So I have no desire to be that guy and subject others to that same fate. |

Then don't do it! No one is forcing you to play that way, and while I disagree with the stars, I'm still gonna be fine. We're still people who play to play, and not to beat the crap out of each other.

The Final:
I can play almost any weekday after 5:30 eastern. I can play Sat. morning or almost anytime Sun.
I Agree with bampf
If the stars were fair between the races like the new LRB 5 rules, I could see it but not the case in LRB 4.
Stars only help a few teams and games with stars really takes away from the actual league team. Cetain Star just dominate the game and it really does not seem like BB to me at that point. They just seems to take away from the whole point of a league to me?
Wizards are nothing but luck. Lucky enough to get good cash rolls & lucky if they work. They really bone certain teams. (slow teams with bad AG.) I guess as long as you are playing an elf team wizards are a good thing? Again I think they take away from the skill of good players.
DPs fall in this case for me. It really does not take much skill to throw foules. It is so much harder and more challanging score against an 11 player defense. When a game gets to 8 on 11 it starts not being a game of skill. |

I would like to propose opening/starting an NWL Gentleman's league.
For all interested parties, contact me and maybe we can make this happen. Bampf and Eddy know me well in RL, and we've all played in Table Top Leagues for years. Yes, Living Rule Book 4.0 does suck ass, but sadly that is what we are limited to here on fumbbl.
My personal play style, I could do without Stars/Wizards/DP/and fouling all together.
So I will propose to run a league with No Stars, No Wizards, No DP allowed at all. I may still consider allowing fouling, since there will be NO DP allowed.
Any and all interested parties, please catch me here and send me a PM.
As for the others, despite the DP rulings and all, Prophane does have a point...this is a community of friends, I would urge you all to still consider playing Broken Rules 4.0 Blood Bowl with us. |

I was going to have a nice juicy posted but deleted that one and now my default postion is I quess I will run down the coaches at the start of season #13 and see who is left and who has retired and just move on. No need for my imput on this subject at this point. |

This is a good idea to give people a choice. I hope it means many would try both leagues. |
