After 140 games the legend Nokia 6310 got hurt.
So what to do now?
or I should never play this team again so he stays forever on the top 10 active list.

Id keep him, hes basically fine, the -AV is not that much of a problem as he is a wood elf catcher, If he is getting hit your doing something wrong, and if he does get hit then his skills should stop him getting knocked down to often anyway.

I don't consider -av to be a career-ending injury by any means. Keep on keeping on.

-AV isn't career-ending. 79TR means it's time to go for the good of the team, unless you're looking to set records with the player.

Cheesing him onto the active list is lame, play him and aim for the all-time list or sack him :p

Its never time. Legends are fun so I only retire mine once they get so many niggles you dont get to play them much any more.

I must be missing something. Or looking at the wrong team.

Keep the legend while you enjoy him. He's a nice player, and should probably stick around a little longer!

I think we as people vest too much interest in records, coaches played, matches, stats. It's all very easy to pull stats out of your backside to prove almost anything you want to.

But anyway, there are many things in life I don't get and millions of others appreciate. Goldeneye on the N64. Never got it. So I might be missing something obvious here too! Very Happy

Actuallly I don´t know why you asked for advice in the first place... He´s adding 79TR so from a powergaming perspective keeping him is madness. Since you _do_ have him I suppose that is not an issue for you. His injury is only -AV so he´s basically still as good a player as before. If you didn´t want to retire him before his injury there is no reason to do so now. Nice player by the way!
