How many Ghouls should an Undead team Ideally carry? Is it 2,3, or 4? Also is it worth taking Kick on undead? |

I'd say more than 2, but 3 or 4 depends on if you are going to high TV, or if you are trying to keep the TV down a bit.
Kick isn't that great for undead, but it's not terrible to throw on a dirty player zombie if they get to 16spp. |

At least from a non-Undead player's perspective. |

They will be targets, so I would say 3 at the most and even then you shouldn't field them all at once unless you're certain you can protect them. (Which depends on the matchup, what skills they have and such, of course.)
But I don't coach Undead, so I'm hardly an authority on the subject -I'm speaking as a player who generally likes to see as many Ghouls as possible on the opposing team since it means more AV 7 and less Regen. |

I go with 3 , ghouls die fast and that way you have always a bc with blodge and some fast hunters against faster Teams. |

4 - its not like they're overpriced an they give your team the flexibility to play the running game when you're out-gunned. Also, they're great against elves. |

I wish ghouls were 0-16 so you could have an all-ghoul team. The fluff could be that they are undead wood-elf linemen. Would anyone take more than 4 ghouls if they could? |

The thread link below is a more thorough discussion on this subject. Some very good coaches recommending 4 as they are so superior to skeletons. I find though due to their delicate physique I don't go for 4.
Kick is worthwhile as you have Ghouls and Wights, plus occasionally controlling whether a kick is short or long helps any team. Ogres are the only team I don't use kick for as the team is slow AND it is a double.

From where I'm standing the optimal number of ghouls on an Undead team is ZERO! |

IMO having 4 ghouls is nice for one reason only. IF you skill them all up to 6+ SPP you now have 4 skill rolls to get +STATS or doubles. IF they then all skill to 16+ SPP rinse and repeat.
If you only play with one or two it is hard to make super ghouls because of the # of skill rolls the ghoul position is getting. |

I used to play with 3 and actually bench one. You want to have 4 Ag3 on the pitch at all times... So it helps when less can get killed at once. |
