Hello all. Inspired by Qaz's brilliant thread a few weeks back, I've decided to offer up some artwork of my own for auction, with my newly drawn and vectored Ultimate Halfling Team going to the coach who bids the biggest donation to FUMBBL. Who doesn't love flings?!
What do you get?
16 individual and totally unique player portraits (14 flings and 2 treemen) to use (here's an example of three of them):
(obviously all these watermarks will be removed)
16 personal portraits for you to use forever on all your halfling teams from now on! I think this is pretty cool. You get all 16 portraits as .png files at 95x145 ratio (the optimum for FUMBBL), AND each player drawing as a full vector image too, so you can make them as big or small as you desire.
AND
A team photo to put on your team bio:
just because it's cool. Again in .png and vector.
AND
A tiiiiiiiiny little image for each player:
  
For you to use instead of the standard icons if you want to create top scorer tables etc using Shraaaag's brilliant FUMBBL scripts
AND
A team Badge!
With your own team name added, again in .png and vector.
So who wants them?
The auction will run for 9 days and by the end of Sunday November 3rd 24:00 Server time the auction will end and the highest bid will be taken. The entire amount bid by the winner will go directly to FUMBBL and will be donated through the donation button you see at the upper right hand corner on the site. Once Christer has confirmed the donation I will transfer all the files to you.
We are bidding USD and only whole numbers. Just enter your bid in the thread below.
Of course the danger with this is that maybe no one will bid and I will be humiliated. I am willing to take this on the chin if it is the case. I estimate the player portraits have taken me 20 around hours to complete, so maybe bear that in mind when bidding. even if I only raise $1 for this great site, at least I can feel that I have given something back to the community here (besides easy wins and free SPP to anyone who plays against me.)

I'll extend this ability to whoever wins the auction, in order to give the winning flings a nice thematic name. The name must not be taken by another team though (although if you wish to "reserve" a name, make a placeholder new team with the name of your choice - Don't push it into ready-state though) |
