Or maybe set some kind of limit to how many of one race that can apply. Yeah, I'm talking about the dwarves. 50 % dwarf rate can discourage almost anyone from entering, hehe

Actually, I thought it was Undead that caused the issue Razz

Nice to see Rij and shadow getting so many scheduled smacks started these days though. I remember back when Qaz and I were still struggling to build up interest in them!

Also, like Blackbox, I suspect you will also find a few coaches moving over to FFB more and more.

Damned count-hiring Undead! I guess the TV cut-offs in LRB 5/6 will make Smacks a lot more even (at least if bank balance is added to the TV).

Usually there are not that much dorfs.
I do recall starting a sched smack with 6 undead and 2 necromantic teams though. Smile

not getting into a smack can be prevented by applying early, and not waiting until the last minute to apply...

4 brackets kicked off this week, that's 32 teams accepted...while not the most we've started in a week, it's getting better than what we've seen in the past few months, where we've only kicked off 1 or 2...

I applied with 4 teams and only my halflings didn't make it, since there weren't enough teams for a TR125 Smack. Apply for the TR125 Smack next week. Better yet, let's make it an all halfling event!

My schedule only really makes 1 tourney at a time practical. If I lose my XFL game (scheduled for this afternoon, check your local listings), I'll try to make a point of applying with a team (possibly some very fat'n'happy ogres with an inflated TR).
