Well done Tussock. It's not quite a prem title, but it is definitely an award everyone should want to win. |

Well done Tussock. Respect of the peers is something that is more valuable than any titles won.
Keep up the good work.
Ah, I am very surprised and grateful for the votes I received. Thanks all and see you in the field next season. |

Congrats tussock,
Award couldn't go to a nicer coach! You've always been a genuine, friendly and helpful presence in the SWL and I'm stoked to see this award go to you.

I suspect the problem was my chief fouler had a rather quiet season, that and he only rolls doubles on the fouls and not the skill rolls. Thanks everyone, I'm gradually getting over the shock of it. |

Noteworthy notes on the Skye Award.
41 of 46 individual coaches scored votes from their peers.
Says something about the overall attitude and mentality of SWL coaches and the environment we're trying to, and have, built here.
Congrats to all for another awesome year.
Axemans arms are getting soft and flabby from lack of use. And really thats a good thing.
Enjoy the off-season (for those who can stay away) spoil the sprogs and cya's all next year. |

Really looking forward to speccing some of these URN matches.
In future I suggest awarding some points for URN qualification from the Bob Borc Cup. Nothing too much. Maybe 15pts for runner up. 10pts for losing semifinalists. 5pts for losing quarterfinalists.
Also, to keep things interesting I'd really like to see the threat of relegation reintroduced to Confs. It really adds to the later games of the season. With the numbers we currently have this would mean a return to 3 Confs. |

Pretty soon, I think the WIL are just finishing up. My guess is days, a week at the most.

Not a huge fan of this idea, the issue is the nature of random draw tournaments. You have people with byes in the first round, meanwhile two prem coaches could play each other. The winner always deserves it, but whoever lost to jev in the first round might be feeling hard done by.
Also, I can announce that all five sides who qualified are going to play. Dlock is pretty sure he can do it, any problems and that #1 runner up TyraNid will fill in. So that is Orc, Lizards, Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves. Elf-tastic! |

That makes it very close to Christmas!
I'm dead keen to spectate these matches, but during Christmas period will make it tough. What time (SWL) are the matches typically played? |

A fellow 1st round loser?
Looking at the draw I think you have a point regarding some 1/4 losers. But the semifinalists all did very well to get there. All beating some high Conf and Prem teams. A few URN points for their effors seems fair to me
None would get into the urn squad on borc points alone, and would have to have proved themselves in Prem as well. |
