The only way I would take boars is if they are in addition to the normal 11 players you can field.
Those Valkyries are in desperate need of block/dodge but once they have one or both skills they will be very cool.
Drunkard on the linemen is horrible and unnecessary. However, giving them thick skull is a boon for an AV7 player. |

That one is even worse, it's random speculation by a coach who shared it on reddit, and since then apparently everyone consider it a valid leak.
EDIT/ And I'd say, it's not even good speculation. Again, all we know about Valkyries is that they are "fast, agile" + "good at running, catching, throwing". Many people apparently interpreted that as meaning that they had the "pass" skill, but then why don't they interpret "agile" as having dodge? |

No. You'll have to take it on trust.
It's my guess from what i have heard. But I'm certain. |

Thanks for the input, mate.
that's what I thought.
And I agree with you : i think these new Valks' could be some kind of uber-Amazons : move 7 + dodge, with primary access to pass/agi skills. |

I would just say that I don't consider Garion 'just some coach'.
Given the work they've done creating all the Secret League teams and the fact the official Khorne and Black Orc rosters were near identical to Garion's predecessors (Khorne and Orc Big 'Uns) then their thoughts are something I'd listen to.
Definitely not saying Garion has any formal or informal role in making the new Official Norse roster at all though |

Not sure how much I like having so many weird rules added. If the beer boars do apply jump up or anti-stun to other players, I feel like that starts a trend towards teams having weirder and weirder rules. The new star players also have weird rules.
I feel like that leads towards hurt feelings at the board when people who haven't played against norse before weren't aware of exactly what a beer boar does, and mess their turn up because of it.
Plus it makes fumbbl programming much harder. |

Honestly purplechest, I think they removed jump up from the berserkers. I think they have valkyries with passing 3+, catch and block. I think they gave dauntless to the berserkers, and i think they give jump up as an ability to pass to an adjacent player from the boar. |

But it makes sense.
I'm sure that Blood Bowl Dwarves' beards are ugly.
Why? Because:
- Dwarves probably tend to tread on their own beard. (dichotomy long beard/small legs)
- People probably tend to tread on Dwarves' beards.
It's called "Tackle" in the rule book. |

There seem to a lot of confusion right now about the source of speculation on the norse team.
For one, Garion said that Norse would like have the "CHosen of..." rule, when they have Old World Classic, which makes me think that he's speculating like everyone else here. Good speculation maybe, but still speculation.
Secondly:
A redditor posted his speculation on twitter, then deleted it (here's the link that I saved) https://twitter.com/JipJipperson/status/1511035464182030337
He also deleted the reddit thread, probably because of the very hostile reactions he got (reddit gotta reddit).
I still saved the picture, and it has his pseudonym on it : https://puu.sh/ISWLD/91ebc0558d.png
All of that makes me think that this isn't a "true" leak, because even the author didn't show it as such. Now of course, Jim Jipperson may be Garion or a well hidden GW employee, I don't know. https://twitter.com/jipjipperson
But I don't think we've seen any actual leak on the norse team. Just some more or less valid speculation. Not that speculation is a bad thing, but I just think people are a bit too fast at accepting speculation as fact. |
