Hello dear Fummblers 
One quick question ( maybe its been already asked but I admit im too lazy to search  , ye ye Nuffle will smite me)
I dont know how is forum coded but is there a way maybe in future to make sub-forum Strategy & Tactics subdivided by races? It would be much easier to find everything thats connected to one race.

25 subdivisions, not including Stunty Leeg? Ummm...
(and not including Secret League!)
And that doesn't include topics on what Elf team is recommended, or whether Dwarf/Chaos/Nurgle is the bashiest, etc. etc.
Best hope is that posters use meaningful subjects. GL w/ that.
Meanwhile, Search is your best friend. |

I generally approve of the original idea.
I also think the forum needs a structure like the news comment section.
It's not really clear to me why you can comment comments there while the forum requires to do entries in a fluent text. The outcome is quite chaotic.
This all probably rather belongs in the: Changes I'd like to see in 2015 thread, rather than an individual thread. It's not really clear to me why this particular feature would be of such outstanding importance.

I dont see a problem there. If you now go to first page of that subforum if i may call it that. You will se a bunch of topics and 90% of them are which skill to choose. So if we had 25+ subdivisions, nothing would be so radical on first page.
It wouldnt be so hard to place your topic, you choose if it has anything specific with a race, you post it and after a month or two everything would sort out by its self.
" i want to know what skill to choose for my legend dark elf witch, you go to dark elf section and just post a topic"
It would also make easier to people who are excellent in some races to easily watch and help new players in their progression on Fumbbl.
We would also have a forest of topics, but it would be much nicer planted...

The probability of this happening is very close to zero. The forum used here is a third-party module not written by me. It's non-trivial to make a forum and something I certainly don't feel is worth my time to do.
If I were to do anything with the forums, it'd be to move it to another existing platform (for example discourse, which seems fun). |

Having a working search function for the forums would be sooo on the list of most needed updates/ changes with the highest impact.
Would make so much sense and be a real relief, both for users as mods. |
