Any news on how often we will need to buyback our teams? Every 7 games seems brutal, especially for dark elves/high elves. Even 14 seems tight.
Also, will the base cash be different for Prem/Conf/Reggies? |

What is this buyback business? Does not sound good to me... I assume this is something to do with the new rule set Games Workshop is bringing out. Is this site going to be moving to those rules once they come out? I assume that talk about piling on is related as well.

These new rules are outrageous *grumble grumble* I wont stand for it *grumble grumble* I havent e=actually read any of the new rules and I admit that SWL will outlive us all. Long live the SWL. |

From Death Zone 1
End of Season - 1st wins 100k, 2nd wins 60k, 3rd wins 30k.
Extra Funds Raised:
10k extra per game played.
5k per TD, 5k per CAS.
All MNG's recover.
Niggling Injuries heal on a 4+ (apoth gives +1).
Roll 2d6, if less than your current FF, lose 3 FF
Roll a d6 for every player who has completed 2 seasons, if the roll is less than their completed seasons, then they want to retire.
Reset you team (excluding fan factor) and add 1000k to the treasury. Rather than just buying rookies, you may also retain players from last seasons roster.
If you wish to retain a player from last season, pay his new cost.
If you wish to retain a player from last season that wanted to retire pay his new cost, plus 20k for each season he has completed. |

Going to lay down some embarrassingly optimistic goals for Season LXVII
1. Win Premier
2. Luke Skywalker to make Legend and survive this Season unscathed
3. Win or Tie against Faulcon's Slumbering Skinks
4. No Perms or Deaths this Season
5. Win the match against the Elves (very poor track record against Agility/Speed teams)
6. Get Qui-Gon Jinn to his well overdue second skill
7. R2D2 to gain first skill advance
8. Darth Maul to make 5th skill advance
9. The Chancellor to make his 4th Skill advance
10. When/If I don't win Prem, to place top 3 and play Prem next Season.
I'd be happy with 4/10 of those goals achieved! |
