Was spectator of a NAF online game (supposed to be in BB 2020 if I don't miss something) and saw Claws and Mighty Blow used on same armour roll against an AV 9+ opponent :

Armour Roll [ 3 ][ 4 ]
Rolled Total of 7 + 1 Mighty Blow = 8
Gasult uses Claws to reduce opponent's armour to 8+.
The armour of Nice Hitts has been broken.


According to me, that's no more possible in BB 2020.
You can use Claws on armour roll then Mighty Blow on injury roll but not Claws AND Mighty Blow on same armour roll.

Claws skill description in BB 2020 rulebook : "a roll of 8+ before applying any modifiers will break their armour".

I think your interpretation is correct, have you got a reference for the game and turn so it can be validated?

But that's the NAF ruleset, and it does not have Claw/MB do not stack ticked on the client options tab, so the client is working as expected.

Someone would have to ask NAF about them meaning to do that, I guess. Very Happy

This was not a real bug, just a wrong setting in the NAF ruleset 2228.
Should be fixed now.

Question, is this normal in the new rules? Do you still perform a jump after a failed tentacles roll? Even though you can't get away?

Mateo Ransisc tries to hold Glarald Helemenor with his tentacles:
Tentacles Roll [ 5 ]
Mateo Ransisc holds his opponent successfully.
Succeeded on a roll of 4+ (Roll + ST 5 - ST 3 >= 6).
Jump Roll [ 1 ]
Glarald Helemenor trips while jumping.
Roll a 3+ to succeed (Roll - 2 Tacklezones + 1 Leap >= 2+)

No. Opponent movement ends. So there's no jump roll (nor dodge roll etc...) when tentacles hold player.

Hmm, the raised rotter in game uses the correct stats, but he's hired as if a journeyman post-game, and that's come out differently to the usual Journeyman rotters, or the regular ones.

Anyone bought one to see if it's right after that?

I didn't get any MVP in my last game with my Ogre team. It has happened one time before and I think it is related to using riotous rookies. Shouldn't rioutos rookies be included in the after game report like other journeymen and shouldn't I get the chance to hire the players after the game?
