It's not important, but, out of curiosity, which is the required % to be in the bracket Legend of the Competitive division?
I'm Legend overall but only Super Star in Competitive division.
Is to be in the top 10% of all the coaches in Competitive division the % required?
Not complaining about rankings, just honest question about Legend bracket in Competitive.
There could be a bug with Competitive division brackets, this is why I'm asking.
Maybe the bracket is just the average bracket of all the races played in the division and not related to CR? |

Strange things are afoot in the C rankings. I think it must be flying with a different algorithm than the other divisions. Maybe there just is not as much data there yet.
At 84% win rate with snotlings, Malmir is listed as a superstar. There are similar things on other categories with several other coaches.
Not that anything needs to be fixed, it is just that it is different than one may expect. |

I took a look at the top 5 or so coaches on that list.
Only Spartako seems to be a Legend in Competitive.
Wonder what's going on. |

Have the title brackets ever actually been publicly listed (either for a whole division or for individual races)?
I have always thought that the racial ranking titles were based on standard deviations for each race, while the division CR rankings were some weird amalgamation of what races you have actually played and gotten above a certain level. |

it seems to be that the amount of people in a given rank is a fixed percentage of the people that are ranked in that division
there are about 60 legends at any given point in the overall rankings, but only 50 Ranked legends and a little less in Box
if the number of players with a [C] ranking increases, the number of coaches with a given rank in that division should increase accordingly
There were no Legends in the C table until recently |

That's harder, because the 2 coaches above me Overall don't play in Competitive Black Box (but they are considered active anyway by the site) and there is no ranking decay.
Thus, by playing in the Box, it's way more likely I will lose CR points because all the opponents I can face have fewer CR points than me.
Oh well, at least I achieved rank 1 in Competitive, as I wanted.
Maybe, when Ranked and old Black Box division will be removed, the Overall rankings will be fixed. Currently Ranked and Black Box divisions are messing them. |

C division is fine and doing good on what it is supposed to do, as in getting games when you want to play.
It is just a sandbox where you go to play and build teams for tournaments. |

You first talked about C rankings, now you are shifting about the purpose of C division.
The C rankings were not decided using my criteria, so complaining about them with me is not useful. |
