<b>Year One Complete!</b>
My first full year comes to a close here in this outstanding community. I have been playing Blood Bowl for over 10 years...but a series of chance encounters and happy coincidences led me to FUMBBL...and life as I knew it would never be the same!
For the record it was a good year. <b>149-55-99</b> A 58% win rate. My SWL team the <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=53080>Black Crowes</a> have finally made it to the Premier Conference, My MLB squad <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=88973>Riverbottom Nightmare Band</a> finished 3rd overall and went to the playoffs. (and promptly lost) and I got as close as 101 in the Championship. Thanks to ALL of you for such a great year! Here's to many more ;-)

<b>Year 2 Complete!</b>
My coaching takes on a new dimension with the addition of administration duties. As of Season 4 I am the Commish of the Cut Throat League! Also a general Admin for the SWL...and most exciting of all I have joined the ranks of <b>Approval Monkey!</b> Just trying to give back to this big wonderful community ;-)
Final record this year was <b>97-28-71</b> 107 games less than year one! But I think adding twins to the family might account for that ;-) All up another year of fun. The above linked <b>Black Crowes</b> are still playing the SWL. Have taken a few teams over to Mully's Cup fun and still can't wait to log in at every chance I get! Thanks to all of you for such excellent fun, and here is to year 3!

<b>Year 3 Highlights so far</b>
I finally have a LEGEND player! Gone, from my SWL Black Crowes...has become only the 2nd player in SWL history (14 seasons and counting) too acheive the accolade!
In a side league of the Southern Wastes, the Earlwood Pool Ponies have made all Elf coaches proud by surviving a bash heavy season 1 to take out the top honours of our DSL! Trophey omitted in cabinet due to FUMBBLs countback system versus the one we use ;-)

<b>Foulosophy 101</b>
Given that it is the most hotly debated topic in Fumbbl, I feel that the most important info a player can give about himself is his philosophy on fouling. I personally think an opponent <b>earns</b> a foul through certain actions. So while I rarely choose to foul in and of itself, below please see the actions and tactics that WILL earn you a foul if you are playing me. (Don't say you weren't warned ;-)

<b>How To Earn A Foul From ozjesting</b>

<b>1. Foul My Player(s)</b>
Simple eye for an eye. If you foul one of my players you have earned a foul. It may come immediately or I may indeed wait til T16...but YOU started it. So no whineing when we retaliate. Let me be VERY clear about this point as confusion has caused some coaches to have a coniption. While I accept that some see the foul as a <b>"tactic"</b> we (in the spirit of role play) see it as a FOUL! Plain and simple. YOU CHEATED! (in a game world sense of course) My players won't STAND for that sort of abuse and will seek to even the score. The result of the foul (injury wise) and the actions of the REF will be taken into consideration...but just so you know what to expect...<b>YOU FOUL...WE FOUL</b> ok?

<b>2. Have a Big Guy or Claw/RSC or Dirty Player</b>
They are against the natural order! They are a menace to all players everywhere and we feel it is our duty to get them off the field, if not out of the game, completley!

<b>3. Stall</b>
While we are big believers in "clock management", if we feel you are taking way too many turns to complete the TD then fouling will be used to remind you of the dangers of hanging about ;-)

<b>4. we Get the Ref</b>
The fans deserve to get value for their time, effort and gold spent to get the Ref to look the other way. So expect at least one foul, no matter how tactic-less it may seem. The crowd is a fickle bunch and I wouldn't want to give them reason to abandon us ;-)

So there you have it. Make your choices and live (and die) with their consequences ;-)
