London marathon
A big up to all those who completed (and competed) for charity in the London marathon this past Sunday.
Whatever the worthy cause, it's a great thing you've done, and you put many of us to shame.
I have two friends who ran. It was a pretty hot day for a marathon, but that just makes me more proud to know you. Nice one Lloyd and Richard!

was certainly a hot day here in Virginia too. I ran a 10k race this morning and the heat was brutal.
marathon, wow....26 miles. Seems incredible anyone can do that. gratz to all those that completed it.
