Darkwolf's Meatballs
Easy recipe for pasta and meatballs.

1/2 lb of lean hamburger or ground turkey. Extra lean and regular hamburger makes it too dry/too fatty.

Handful instant rice (I use Uncle Ben's)

1 can tomato soup (Campbells)

Spice such as cumin, pepper, seasoning salt.

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees (c)

In a bowl hand mix hamburger and instant rice and spices. Make ping-pong/golf ball sized meatballs.

Put meatballs in a ungreased medium sized caserole dish. Pour tomato soup over meatball. Bake in over uncovered for 40-45 minutes. Stir halfway to mix soup and make sure meatballs do not stick.

For variation, mince red/green peppers, onion, shallots into hamburger before making meatballs. Pour any extra on top of meatballs with soup.

Serve with preferred pasta. Should servce about 4 persons. I use whole wheat spaghetti or linguine. Add tossed salad/greens to compliment.
