After 40 games my first real box team, Under the (B)oardwalk looks healthier than ever, ok the Big Kaluha's neck now consist of a collar of steel and not much more after his three breaks on it, but he's still in there, racking up the hits.
Only three more of the original lineup remains:
3. Shaky, despite broken neck, and two close scraps with death, who happily occured so late in the game the coach thought it worth using the apo to save him. Teams foremost(only) fouler, killed/retired a handful of players, and usually is found lurking in the shadows behind Big Kaluha, looking for the boot..
2. Kneecap Carl, The only player who's been present all 40 games, insanely consistent, +St, only waiting for the tackle to really start hurting ppl.
1. The Dealer, THe halfelf star, captain, mvp, you name it, has won an insane amount of games when all seemed lost, constant target of clawpombs, boots, BG's, so far managed to stay upright and fit!
The team as a whole is fit and the economy is in good order, some might say that TV 1980 might be bloated, but I'm happy with the development so far, and the clawpombs are more or less as strong at 1700 as 1900, so as far as I've seen so far, the higher I get the more diverse it gets, actually met some elves the last few games, and sooner or later the TV issue will solve itself at the hands(claws) of a nice opponent...
With 3 games away from completing my first HLP sprint and currently at 4-4-5 and with a good finish a top 10 spot is a realistic goal. And the first 4 games at 0-1-3 there might even be value in a prolonged sprint if I find time to actually play the matches.
