So somehow...
... Just out of curiosity I tried speccing a game and it actually launched. Haven't changed anything since my java stopped working one me, so either Sun fixed whatever was wrong or the stars just are right. The question is, do I want to forfeit my additional free time by coming back to play ;)

It seemed to go through extra steps up until yesterday. Today bango it went up like it used to. I think there may have been some security setting changes.

I think the Kalimar/Christer gave the applet a signed security certificate so that we would no longer have to bypass a security setting, or some such.
