With a nod and a wink to my colleagues who have all recently gained authorisation to switch on the electrcity system (so next time, say, London gets plunged into darkness (and I'm not talking a couple of streets here!)), then I may have a pretty good idea who is behind it.

The Mixed Ability Group (doesn't that fill you all full of confidence? :)) - a tribute to my colleagues who have made the past three years of training worthwhile.

Before anyone asks where I am in that list - there are two reasons why I'm not - 1. I've planned myself in to be a thrower and 2. I'm not mixed ability (although I may end up eating those words in ranked). \o/
