What the heck does the stupid number mean, anyway? Being a "150" or "160" or "140" is such an arbitrary number, that it really is meaningless to anyone who hasn't spent a lot of time here. I think that if we could translate the number to some title instead might be a good change. You could have as many categories as you want, but how about something like this:

Rookie (first 25 games, regardless of record)
Coaching for Fun (Coach Rating of less than 125)
Amateur Slugger (125-135)
Neophyte Tactician (135-145)
Experienced Opponent (145-155)
Saavy Vet (155-165)
Bound for Hall of Fame (165-175)
Epic Legend (175+)

It would be great to make the CR "translated" without making the title demeaning at all. It would also help a newbie determine the level of competition they are facing at a glance.... but as gamers, we sure are in love with our numbers, aren't we?
