One of the most poorly-played SB games I can recall having seen. It was like neither team wanted to win, and the only guys who really had a good game were the Giants' receivers.

Both teams shot themselves in the foot repeatedly (I mean, 12-men penalties for BOTH teams?), and the Patriots deserved it even less than the Giants, and earned the loss.

Pats didn't have a good enough defense to keep screwing up in situations where they got the stop/turnover and then giving Eli another chance. Forced fumble/12-men, 3rd-down Inc/Offsides. Giants were almost as bad, but the Pats choked, dropping passes late that would have iced the game.

GG Giants. It's really pull a rabbit out of your hat to go 9-7 and then win the SB.
