Setting unrealistic objectives
First of all I'd like you to know I always liked fluff but this is going a bit too far lately.

From about 100 games or so ago I began using internal team rules just to get the game being all the more interesting but all I got is it being a lot more difficult. Thins like beggining with a full zombie/skeleton lineup a full halfling squad without trunk or leaf or nonsense like that had become a regular thing on my active teams (not all of them tho). You know how it all begins: "no nigglers on the team" or "take this skill prior to this other skill" and things like that but sometimes I feel I lost control over it :-P

The bad part of it all is the real danger of having your team thrashed and then retiring them after just a game or two. The good thing is if I manage a win or two with them I feel like I can beat anyone (just to be returned to reality the rude way next match).

Anyway, I just love it :-)
