One of my longbeards got hit hard a couple of games back, losing one point of agility in the process. After looking at my team I just realised that this was actually a good thing to happen! The little bearded stunty added 11.5 to the team´s TS before he got injured. Now it´s only 9.5. Since longbeards almost never dodge and also almost never handle the ball anyway, my team lost 2 TS without getting noticably weaker.
